Donation Disclaimer

Behold is an organization registered in the state of Utah as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) that is currently pursuing §501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service. Until Behold is granted §501(c)(3) status we will not be able to accommodate substantiation of donations for tax purposes. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Behold maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. All donations are in US dollars and non-refundable. Donors explicitly release Behold from any restrictions on how donated funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any donation. Donors should consult with a professional for any tax advise.
